Theifs!!!!!!!! I paid them upfront and in full and after over a year of calling, emailing, and requesting a call back, they refuse to give me my refund that is over $1200! If you call, it's sent to an answering service that always says they will call back but they don't! WARNING! They will rob you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found Diane and Hawaii Disability Legal Services online in 2020 and was so impressed by all the wonderful reviews her clients had shared, that I asked her to take on my disability case, which at the time, was at the Federal District court as a civil suit. My previous attorney was a nightmare. I literally met them for the first time 5 minutes before my hearing, and they knew nothing about me; the decision was unfavorable. I contacted Diane and right from the start she was supportive, positive and excited to represent me. Her first filing was so compelling that the SSA acquiesced and voluntarily remanded the case be returned for a second ALJ hearing without the need for a civil trial. I have a lot of mental health issues, and Diane and her staff were so patient, supportive and kind; they were gracious with me when I was struggling with patience and delays. My new hearing was the end of August. Diane was a consummate professional, she believed in me and was able to secure a fully favorable decision on my behalf. I really appreciate the all staff I spoke with on the phone and when I came in to sign papers. A shot out goes to especially Diane Harr, Kai and their team. They are very informative and know their stuff. I was sooooo nervous for my hearing wanted to cry but Diane and Kai were wonderful they help get pass my fear and anxiety for that moment. Never in my life have I had the feeling of relief and clarity like I had after my first visit with Ed Magauran. Bill Lawson is Highly Recommended! Following is our story about our 6-year struggle to obtain Justice for our daughter. Mr Lawson was there with us step by step all the way to a very successful completion. He was more than just our attorney -- he was somebody we could could speak with about our struggles and he would reach out and help. Mr. Lawson was retained in late 2014 on behalf of our daughter after she sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as the result of an automobile accident while on vacation in Hawaii. We live in Oregon. This case involved three different insurance companies and several individuals. It was a complicated case because the injury (TBI) cannot be observed externally. This lawsuit dragged on from 2014 to July 2020 because each insurance company had to be convinced to settle. Mr. Lawson kept us appraised every step of the way. At certain points in the years long process it was discouraging. But with Mr. Lawson’s patience and perseverance a successful final settlement was reached. Mr. Lawson was methodical in his planning and approach to help us obtain the best outcome. He engaged critical subject matter experts that really helped uncover all the facts and magnify the negligence in our daughter’s case. Even with the covid-19 problem in 2020, he managed to move the case forward. He never gave up and the outcome of the case was better than expected. One great thing about Mr. Lawson is he genuinely cares. Through the years he was instrumental in recommending areas of treatment that we should investigate for our daughter. Not living in Hawaii made the lawsuit more difficult but Mr. Lawson’s excellent communications via text messaging, e-mails and phone conversations helped us through the entire process. We will always be grateful that Mr. Lawson was on our side. Thank you Mr Lawson for your encouragement and support for six years. Well done!
