The process of setting up a trust is just that, a process, and having someone who will take the time to sit, explain, answer questions, and then answer more questions as you go through the trust setup process is really important. Keoni spent a lot of time with us, answering questions that came up along the way, gave us the guidance we needed to make sure we thought of everything and everyone involved. He was flexible is scheduling follow up meetings, due to our very hectic work & travel schedules, it took a few weeks longer then planned, but we are not done and feel better knowing we are on the right track. Mr. Magauran was great. I received notice of debt collections and completely went full throttle since I have never missed a payment. I googled and yelped and decided to send a request giving an explanation. Two Attorneys replied that they don’t deal with situations like mine and couldn’t help. Mr. Magauran had a quick response and provided his number and I gave him a call and he made it clear this isn’t what he does but he could give some advice. After about a 20 minute conversation, he was able to provide me with some solid advice on how to proceed and even said that if it didn’t work out the way we expect to give him a call even though this isn’t his area of expertise.
