Diane Haar was very to the point and kept the distractions away

At first I tried to seek help from Danielle Beaver's office but their staff was very slow to respond. When I finally persisted to get in touch with them after weeks of waiting, they provided me with no helpful guidance and decided to not take my case after realizing they could not make any substantial profits off of my claim. Dealing with them was a complete waste of time. I later did more research online and discovered Diane Haar of Hawaii Disability Legal Services. Her team members Heidi, John Hoots and Doug all played a helpful and active roll with my SSI claim in a timely manner. Although there was not much profit to be had for my case they still took it on as they sympathized with the struggles I've endured living with incurable stage 4 cancer. One of the members who helped me get my claim approved is also battling cancer and is still diligently working hard to serve others that need disability benefits. That staff member has been truly an inspiration to me. Mahalo for all the follow up calls and periodic updates. You guys really showed me that you cared and most importantly sped up a process that could of been a very long a grueling one. Mahalo for saving me precious time, eliminating all the guess work and sparing me all the headaches that could of came with the process.

Diane and her staff are always friendly, Knowledgable and helpful ! Diane is truly awesome! You can tell that she really cares for her clients!!

When I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney, I didn't have any idea who to get. I can adamantly say that I chose the best without realizing it at the time. Huge Mahalo Nui Loa to Diane Haar and her team! There is a reason she has a 5 star on Google and yelp! She is beyond dedicated, educated, experienced and extremely devoted to what she does for the disabled! She stands up for your rights and disabilities and backs it up with intensive history of 95% winning cases and years of experience doing what she does! She very understanding of the reality that most veterans face when they enter back into civilian life again and what battles we face as disabled. Her knowledge and her pose and demeanor is very professional and she sticks to the books, codes and laws she very prepared and well informed and does over and beyond for you and your case! She was willing to talk take my case to the news and went all the way to federal to defend me in the court of law. I am happy to report that this year after two lawyers and 8 years Diane Haar went to battle a second time with appeals court and we won fully favorable! The judge said and I quote, “you do not need to be fully incapacitated to be disabled” with the help of this law firm years of medical records and my testimony and a second judge we truly listened and saw me and did extensive research into my case I am beyond thankful that I did not give up the fight and that we won!!! I now am able to rest assured that one day soon we will see the money come in and be able to fix a lot of things that are broken and meet needs of my family and provide for them better.
