Diane provided outstanding service during the little window of time she was given to represent me at my hearing. She always remained calm, professional and caring with a soft spirited demeanor, and presented factual data that helped me prevail at hearing. Anyone that has ever completed a disability application through the Social Security Administration or the VA would be able to attest to the fact that it is a lengthy and time-consuming process. When coupled with the reality that most claims are bound to face a denial or two, the process becomes all the more taxing and frustrating. The unfortunate truth is that most disability claims fluctuate between long periods of no activity and periods in which the claimant is bombarded with paperwork that must be completed in accordance with strict deadlines. It comes without surprise that many individuals endure many months or even years of frustration as they anxiously await the destiny of their disability claim.
