I hired Alen after letting go of my previous attorney on the Big Island where my case was located. Mr. Jim walked me through the entire process of my claim from beginning to end. Did not use a lot of legalese jargon, and took the time to explain all of the issues and expectations that I should have directly and honestly, but in a compassionate manner do to my sensitive situation. Fees were reasonable. While we were prepared to go to court, defendant decided to settle largely in part because of Mr. Jim's thorough research and knowledge. Local boy, St. Louis grad, but with LA Law teeth.
