My first accident in 50 years of driving, from motorcycles, cars and commercial vehicles. I was hit by a truck turning into my lane, I was hit hard from the airbag deplyment. After being in the hospital for two weeks and returning home to be bed ridden, I needed someone to fight for me seeing it wasn't my fault. Jim Bickerton treats his clients like trash. I was one of them but left due to the unprofessional conduct of that firm. Bickerton and Robert Miyashita must always have "client control" which includes preventing the client from knowing what's going on with the case, not providing the pleadings and not allowing the client to have ANY say in their own lawsuit. But the client has a right to know and a right to make decisions under the rules of professional ethics governed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Do yourself a huge favor and shop around where the arrogancy can't be cut with a knife.
