This is Robert Gentry, President of the Gold Coast Neighborhood Association in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a 501(c)(3) neighborhood organization comprised of 10 ocean front condo and co-op buildings with about 500 units. We were founded in 2002. The indigenous Hawaiians built a sea wall along the ocean (in front of what became our properties) almost 100 years ago, way before our current community existed. This sea wall provided ocean access to the shoreline, and to the ocean throughout the entire time of it's existence. Shortly after the formation of our neighborhood group we petitioned the State of Hawaii to repair the 100 year old structure and make it safe for the public to access the oceanfront and the ocean. The State never took the responsibility to repair the structure, so our elected State representatives in the House and the Senate urged us to file a law suit. We did just that and engaged Robert Klein to handle our case. His professional experience and his expertise was exemplary. His knowledge of the law, the State, and the issues brought us a successful ruling from both the Circuit Court and the 3 member Appeals Court. Both said that the State is responsible for the sea wall, and in fact owns the facility, and all the land under the sea wall. The State appealed the case to the Hawaii Supreme Court, and it ruled that the State indeed owns an easement across the top of the sea wall for public access to the ocean front, and the ocean. Now we have a majority of jurists, looking at this case, ruling in behalf of our issue for public access and safety. And, they have firmly assigned the liability of any injury to the State of Hawaii. Robert Klein's ability in this complicated case was extraordinary, for he was, and is, committed to ocean access on behalf of the public. He now has helped establish firm case law for the future of safe ocean access for the people of Hawaii. It will be very difficult for future developers and private property owners to prohibit the public from their right to the ocean in Hawaii Our organization speaks very highly of Robert Klein, and urges potential clients to consider engaging him, and his team, in any legal action they may need. I would give less stars if I could . Went with Noah before I left Hawaii. Received a dui the day I was leaving . Sold my car to pay for a lawyer and then had to still fly back twice for court .... ended up losing the case . I don’t even feel like he tried to be honest . I wasn’t a priority whatsoever and now I have a record , lost out on about 6 grand in flights hotels and lawyer fees that I didn’t have . He didn’t even argue my case or make anything clear on what I was supposed to do to follow up . I would never ever had chosen him if I would have known I’d just be thrown away like a piece of trash . Hasn’t even followed up with me to check on the case which isn’t completely closed until the driving courses are completed . Just a joke a money racket and waste of time that is permanent on my record .

Noah Fiddler is by far the most professional lawyer i have ever worked with. He is very knowledgable and knows his craft. He handled everything, I did not have to worry when it came to my case. His assistant, that calls you and reminds you of your court dates etc,., is just the sweetest lady you would want to talk to. My case is over (which we won by the way) and he is still available for any questions that i have. He worked with me and did not rob me when it came to my payment. Noah Fiddler is a great Lawyer in my opinion. He was able to get my case dropped but also was available to answer my questions. Obviously to a regular person, there is a lot of confusion during this process and Noah was able to make me understand everything. He was great on telling me what to do and what not to do because he was very knowledgeable of he law.
