Excellence in communication, efficiency and cohesive collaboration. The efficiency that Barry’s team brought allowed my case to be dropped before it even began. Barry’s team cohesively communicated and collaborated with all parties so to navigate the legal conflict with minimal stress for everyone involved - but particularly alleviating for me. Barry is truly an excellent communicator and informed me of all legal rules, consequences, etc so I could feel fully prepared and protected regardless of how given circumstances transpired. His team handled everything start to finish and laid it out properly for myself and the prosecutor. On a personal level, Barry was caring and respectful just as on a professional level, he exceeded expectations and beyond.

I got caught trespassing with some special circumstances. Barry did a phenomenal job handling my case. He walked me through the case and what to expect (his local knowledge of the nuances of Hawaii law was very impressive) given that I was from out of state. Went through every scenario to ensure a fair and speedy trial. Questioned every procedure to make sure my rights weren't violated. Because I wasn't informed of my rights was able to plead to lesser charge and eventually have charges dropped!
