Geoff Hamilton represented me on a prenup agreement and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with his services. He is intelligent, funny, extremely straight forward and clear, which is important for any client(like me) who does not do well with legalese language. Geoff walked me through the entire document line by line, making sure I understood exactly what it meant at present and fifty years in to the future if I signed it, as is. Then he gave me wise and wonderful advice, presented my options and waited patiently for me to decide what I wanted to do. I have used Nathan for name change requiring Land Court review for real property located in Hawaii. He has been very concise, efficient and prompt with the required documents. He has also been very patient with my own poor technology skills and assisted me in any way possible. Although I am currently unable to travel to Hawaii from the mainland I feel certain I will continue to use Nathan for my future needs. My best rating.

Breiner represented my husband; however, at each encounter he berated like an angry child making condescending remarks. Instead of resolving conflict, he greatly contributed to an atmosphere of destructive conflict. I would not recommend representation by Breiner due to his crude, beligerant, arrogant, and unprofessional behavior in and outside the court. Also see OFFICE OF DISCIPLINARY COUNSEL v. Myles S. BREINER, No. 21708. His legacy of disruptive behavior continues in the courtroom today.
