When my mom past away last year, I had the responsibility for selling her residential property. As the decision was to sell the home directly from the trust to a known buyer, I was referred by my mom's trust attorney to Nathan Natori who specializes in home sales directly by the seller. Nathan explained the sales process from the seller's perspective and walked me through the purchase agreement draft. He explained each item of the purchase agreement in detail and made it easy for me to understand. In 2 hours, we completed the purchase agreement document, and he provided instructions for me to complete the agreement with the buyer and submit the completed document to escrow. I was charged for only 2 hours of his time, and with his guidance the completed sale cost less than 1% of the sale price. Nathan is highly competent, very efficient, available and accessible, and he provides best value.

David represented us in a business consulting matter. He provided exceptional service and he took the time to help us understand the law along the way. Mr. David Squeri saved our home construction project through building a successful relationship with our bad contractor. Through his excellent experience and knowledge of construction law, he was able to get the contractor to agree to complete much of the work not done, redo work done poorly, and get a refund for work they were unable to complete. In the end, we were able to get rid of the bad contractor with a settlement payment from them. After this experience we were able to use the invaluable education David gave us to hire a very good contractor to finish this project.

My father was an attorney so I grew up in a legally oriented household and with close friendships and ties to other attorneys in my father's law firm as well as the legal community. I always try to act responsibly and ethically in every transaction in which I am involved. About the case: I was falsely accused and named as a defendant in a legal conflict regarding a real estate contract and construction defect case. If this case had not been handled properly it could have been financially devastating to me. I am very happy with the outcome of our case and the professional, efficient manner in which David represented me. David reviewed documents, drafted responses, and returned e-mails and phone calls promptly. I was in a tight financial situation and it is never cheap to defend against a legal dispute, but David always kept me in the loop with the cost of my case. I feel that I was billed fairly.
