Edward was dealing with a 83 year old lady who had never used things like a cell phone or how to zoom. Anyone would feel frustrated but he was able to get everything done anyway. His fee was fair even for someone who was living on Social Security and having a hard time with bills starting with the Covid shutdown and having to order food and supplies on line.
