Ed Has a very balanced understanding of this complex process, and he is able to simplify the process for laypeople so that their anxiety and stress goes away.
Also, he is able to ask the right questions to make sure that all issues are addressed in the process.
I recommend his services highly.
Even though he does not represent creditors, he was willing to assist me to comprehend the federal bankruptcy process and what steps are necessary to move forward with my claims.

I was reluctant to start the process at first but Ed walked me through each step of the way and in under 3 months everything was handled, sorted, and I’m now debt free. Edward was really such a breath of fresh air for me and my wife. He really was BEYOND helpful. Before I made any attempt to pay, he spoke to me TWICE to explain services & give me information on Bankruptcy. After that we had Edward do all our filing & the process couldn’t be any easier. Bankruptcy is something I never thought I would get to, but things happen. I found myself scared and confused as to what my option were, even after reading on line. I am glad that I came across Edward Magauran . He has 30 years in bankruptcy law. So I gave him a call, and after talking to him, and finding out my options.
