My experience with Mr. O'Grady and his team was above and beyond. Communication was on point and everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. His success rate definitely reflects his knowledge and confidence. I could not imagine having gone through the case without him by my side.

I would like to give a huge Mahalo to Mr. O'Grady and his staff. Mr. O'Grady and his staff were very professional, nice, and they always answered all my questions and concerns swiftly. Mr. O'Grady and his office handled all the court proceedings skillfully and constantly kept me thoroughly informed throughout the whole process. Was referred to MR. O’Grady from a friend. Never Felt more comfortable with my, at the time manic explanation of my all over the place rant about others who have harmed me and how awful it was, he made sense of it and never made me feel stupid or crazy for talking his head off! He really genuinely cares for those who are in need!! Only thing is my case wasn’t criminal defense but if it was I would’ve hired him in an instant, he did give me some referrals and options to take to ease the burden I had set forth. After receiving a DUI in Mililani, I contacted Mr. O'Grady and set up a consultation. I gave him the story of how it all happened and he told me that we would without any doubt plead not guilty. Mr. O'Grady immediately began building my case. His paralegals kept me informed about everything happening with my case throughout the entire year. In court, Mr. O'Grady is very straight forward and blunt about his cases. My case was dismissed with prejudice and I am convinced that the outcome would be totally different if I hadn't hired Mr. O'Grady. After my trial was over he immediately began talking to me about having the arrest expunged off of my record in the coming year. So my case took awhile. Not at the fault of my lawyer Mr O'Grady though. I got a DUI while serving in the Marine corps. Mr O'Grady helped me won that case. I would recommend Mr O'Grady to any military member or any one struggling with a DUI.
