Rick Abelmann is highly knowledgeable when it comes to bankruptcy law. He and his staff were responsive, extremely patient and amazing with my father who speaks English as a second language. They were great with follow-ups and guiding my father through each step. We both felt comfortable asking multiple questions. My father can now look forward to moving on with his life without having to worry about harassing calls, demand letters, and etc. from debt collectors. If you're on the fence about filing for bankruptcy, give his office a call as the consultation over the phone is free. They'll let you know if you qualify or not. Highly highly recommended.
