My original attorney Stuart Ing unfortunately passed away 1/2 way thru my case. But he had a plan and he chose Abelmann and Peterson to take over his cases. From the start this whole office and staff have been cordial, efficient and always there. I live inHilo and they are in Honolulu yet they made contact easily via phone and email. Bankruptcy is never easy but due to medical reasons I fell behind. It’s an embarrassing situation for me and that’s why I researched Oahu. I was lucky to have found Stuart and then very fortunate to have gotten Abelmann and Peterson. I’ve worked with Lars and Makana but I want to THANK this whole firm and office. I highly recommend them and please do if anyone ever needs help

Mahalo Attorney Ofir for your kindness, compassion, time, patience and advice during a very difficult time in my life. Late on a Friday afternoon I completed a brief “No-Risk Consultation” request form on the Internet. I provided my name, email address, phone number and several questions I had regarding the process of bankruptcy and how to end a car lease prematurely. Much to my surprise, within minutes, I received a phone call from the law office of Abelmann Peterson Rollins, LLLC. I briefly communicated my situation to the person on the other end of the phone and she politely asked me to hold while she checked to see if one of the attorneys could take my call. I never anticipated that anyone would be willing to take a call at nearly 4pm on an Aloha Friday from someone that wasn’t even a client, but I was very wrong. Not only did Attorney Ofir Raviv willingly take my call, but he spent a considerable amount of time talking with me, explaining the process of bankruptcy, educating me on what I could expect, suggesting how to move forward, and making sure all my questions were answered. Speaking about difficult situations with a total stranger doesn’t come easy for me but Attorney Ofir is very easy going; he is a great listener and so easy to communicate with. I immediately felt comfortable sharing my story with him and he acceptingly listened patiently. At the conclusion of my call, I asked if I could pay him for his time. He kindly thanked me, and refused payment, but not before he assured me that at any time, should I have more questions I welcome to contact him. Due to the sudden and unexpected death of my mother, I need to move back to the mainland. Because of distance and cost of travel to and from Hawai’i, it will be best financially that I file in the state I am moving to. My only regret is that Attorney Ofir cannot represent me in Michigan so I will have to seek council there. I can only hope I find someone as kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable as Attorney Ofir. Originally i was going to make a long post, 5/5 starts for the firm, 10/10 for Ofir who was representing me Shame on me because this review was long overdue. Ive been busy now a days and i forget to give this firm a review. Ofir you are the man! and I will never forget you! You have given me and my wife a fresh start to our financial future. After i filed for Chapter 7. My wife and I got approved for two places were looking to move into. Such a blessing knowing i can get approved for places now. In the past, due to my poor credit history, i could never get approved for anything. I am on my way now to building up my credit again! Ofir was above and beyond and exceptional. When i did my first consultation with Ofir, i was intimidated about the process of bankruptcy. During the meeting, i felt more comfortable. He couldnt see it, but i was. By the end of the consultation,I walked away confident, and optimistic. Ofir was with me throughout the WHOLE time. He returned my messages in a timely manner, and even answered my emails on weekends. He was genuinely wanting to help me and not for me money. He was very welcoming, non judgmental, caring, and very experienced The staff was amazing and did most of the legwork when it came to filing my paperwork. My interactions with their Law Clerk Brenda was always good. She always welcoming, and had a friendly attitude. Honestly not once did i lose sleep or stress out during this entire thing. When I was waiting for my meeting with Ofir, Chris (another lawyer who worked) help me as well. He was very patient, caring, informative, and nice. Most of the time i worked with Ofir. When i went to my trustee hearing, it felt really good I had Ofir seating behind me when i took the hot seat, in 13 mins my case was over. Ofir was surprised it was actually fast then the average 20mins (in his experience) I highly recommend anyone to hire this firm and work with Ofir for your bankruptcy needs. Once i got my discharged papers, i really felt a huge burden off my shoulders. I can now move on with my life and focus on our financial future. My investment spent on this firm was worth it, and i think their service fee is reasonable. I wish many blessings to Ofir and the staff

These guys are amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else for help. I recommend them for anyone 100%. When you are with them you know you are in good hands. They will wake care of you and make sure you are comfortable. Definitely go to them whenever you need help.

Both Rick and Chris were extremely amazing to work with. They made going through a difficult time so much easier and really went the extra mile to do all the heavy lifting.
