Myles defended me as a child facing some serious adult charges. Nobody on this island could have got me less than a life sentence. Myles took my case, saved my life and I am a free man today. He never missed a hearing and fought for me for over 10 years! I ran out of money and he came for free. Never asked me for a thing back just that I don’t waste my life and the time everyone invested to get me out. If it wasn’t Myles , it was someone from his staff , someone would always answer and he would always respond. I left my real name because I know how some people just upload fake reviews. This man is a good man, and a great lawyer. Owe him my life.....

I had a criminal charge while I was with another attorney (charge could’ve been avoided if that attorney had handled it right). I desperately needed a good attorney to remedy the situation and decided to look for a powerful, experienced attorney in criminal defense. I searched through all the reviews for lawyers, their experience levels in criminal defense and also read through media articles... etc. I narrowed it down to Myles Breiner. I had an initial consultation with him and I had the impression he is the knowledgeable, experienced and confident lawyer that I was looking for. I remember the days and nights I lived with fear thinking what might happen to me due to my case. Mr. Breiner worked diligently on my case throughout the ordeal and kept me well informed and assured during appointments and by phone and emails. My case is dropped now and he made my journey as easy as possible and I know he worked hard on my case. He is a well respected attorney at the courtroom and among other attorneys and prosecutors and I feel that is very important in getting a good result. I really appreciate the fact that Myles Breiner and his staffs always responded to me promptly and didn’t make me feel my case was neglected. He has ability to turn your difficult situation to minimum damage or take it to dismissal. My case was dismissed, which I hadn’t put my hopes high on that, so I am very happy with the result and really appreciate the time and effort he put into my case. He saved me. My daughter and our family are now going through the process of getting the man who came into my home stole my heart and my daughters innocence brought to justice. With just ONE meeting with this man she changed how she slouched her shoulders to her head held high--he asked me to leave the room because I would be quiet (I was angry too), but I was sent away with a cup of perfect coffee and chocolates his staff was very understanding and listened to me rant (so patient & kind) but whatever he said to my daughter gave her courage and helped her feel that she wasn't going to have to be worrying about the case. We contacted Mr. Breiner with my husbands case. My husband had already confessed to his crime and was facing 20 years in prison. Upon calling his office with 30 minutes I received a call back from Mr Breiner himself. He heard the details told me his price which was in realty steep but actually cheaper then what any other attorney would have charged. He was even willing to stretch out the length of the payment to help us. It not only stopped there Mr Breiner never once judged what my husband had done in any negative way, but took the time to really find out who my husband was and included me also. He took time to explain things so that we understood every step that would Be taken. He also was very stern with us if he felt we were going down a wrong path. His office kept in contanst communication and made sure we were aware of all court dates. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he was compassionate and understanding. My husband did not win his case without consequences, but Mr Breiner saved him from being incarcerated and taken away from a me his wife that loves him dearly. For this I would recommend Mr Breiner to anyone who is facing a no win situation or for that fact any situation.

He is a true angel! My young daughter was a victim of a horrific crime. Upon reporting it to authorities I received alot of retaliation attempts by the perpetrator and his family, including draging me to court on a number of false alligations. I went to see Briener and told him my story, he was very compassionate and showed up to court to defend my daughter and I on very short notice and did a wonderful job, even the judge commented on how good my attorney was.

Myles Breiner came to my aid when I needed him the most. He is extremely competent, knowledgable, honest, and to the point. He helped me get off a first degree felony with just probation. As well as being super intelligent, he is kind. He cares for his clients and he truely, honestly wants the best possible outcome for you. I'm so grateful i chose him to represent me in my case, he saved my life.

3.5 years later with 2.5 to go my husband sits in prison, and I give much credit to Myles S Breiner. He did nothing to help my husband, he did not keep me well informed what so ever, he just did not care. I could go on and on, but please do not hire Myles S Breiner. You'll be sorry.
