In 2015 HPD violated my Constiuional rights becasue I am not a citizen, I contacted Rick who called me back the same day, Rick got all the information and set about correcting the situation in Federal court, Rick kept me updated with all the information and got results as fast as humanly possible, The ultimate conclusion was Rick was right and the city was wrong and my Rights were protected.

If you have recently gotten arrested/charged with a DUI and you're thinking about hiring a lawyer, get one! But don't just get any lawyer, get Rick. He's your guy. Rick works tirelessly on every case he takes on, which is why he can't take on too many at once. He makes sure to give your case the attention it deserves and does everything in his power to give you the best possible chances in criminal court as well as in the ADLRO hearings. He knows what he's talking about and is always prepared. I cannot thank Rick enough for everything he has done for me and my case. He was able to get my criminal charges dismissed WITH prejudice (meaning the state can not refile the charges) and he was able to get my already revoked driver's license back (something I wasn't expecting at all)! This DUI charge has made my life a living hell ever since I got arrested. I have wished I could go back in time and act differently that night, every single day since. Rick Holcomb has absolutely performed exactly as I could have hoped as my DUI defense lawyer. I recently moved to Hawaii this year as a travel nurse and unfortunately was charged with a DUI which could be extremely detrimental to my medical career. Going to through a DUI is scary enough and confusing, But Richard was able to make it much more easier to go through. He will get on to the point, tell you what is going to happen (Good and Bad side) and what needs to be done on your side.I really appreciate the fact that he will answers your questions right away, I remember one time I called and he was at the fair with his family and answered my questions. Rick handled my second amendment federal court case. Under Hawaii law, I was discriminated against because I am a permanent resident alien. A+++Lawyer!!! Mr. Richard Holcomb and his agency helped me to get out from under the clutches of two creditors who threatened to sue me for funds I may not have even owed them.
