All I can say is I should've called sooner! As a single parent, I was struggling with my bills and was trying to juggle and tough it out for fear of hurting my credit. But once I decided to get a consultation, Mr. Dunn and Francene were most helpful in guiding me every step of the way. No judgement, just super helpful and understanding of my situation. Every question I had was answered promptly, the follow ups were perfect. It was such a relief when we had my case successfully filed. The stress used to keep me up at night.
