Greg Dunn and his staff continues to provide exceptional service! Greg helped me almost two decades ago. Years later unforeseen circumstances had me overwhelmed, embarrassed and most of all stressed! I immediately called Greg. He and his staff are genuinely caring and made me feel comfortable. Greg listened to and counseled me allowing me to make the best decision for me. Greg and Francine’s analytical skills are amazing and helped me get organized. They basically held my hand through the whole process making me feel confident that everything would work out. It did! Gregg did an awesome job from beginning to end of our process. It was already hard to deal with the situation and a lot of topics were beyond our knowledge towards filing our claim. Filing for bankruptcy for the first time I was really nerve wrecking. But after going through this process I am glad at the results. I never thought of filing bankruptcy until my mother and brother suggested it due to my credit card payments. So my sister in law scheduled me a free consultation since they were going to check it as well. After that consultation I felt more at ease of my situation and it was looking like I want to do this. Greg and Francene were really awesome and they answered all the questions as well as helped me understand what I needed to know and how it will benefit me in the future. They were really flexible with my meeting times and were open on most holidays. Easy to work with during covid19 situation. Could use improvement on follow-up and communication especially for first-time clients. A briefing after each encounter would be beneficial so that I know what the next steps are.
