After getting to the end of my rope trying to get Lincoln to fix a defect on my brand new Lincoln Aviator, I reached out to David Goldberg and they settled my case with a monetary settlement. The process was extremely easy, and took one month from the time I contacted them to the day I signed the settlement. I would recommend David and his team to anyone looking to file a Lemon Law complaint.

David called me about 5 minutes after I submitted my request for information. He was very helpful with what to do and very knowledgeable about what my best course of action was. He was willing to go out of his way to contact someone for me even though he felt I couldn't use his specific services for my issue. I was very frustrated with Windward Auto Group in Kaneohe where I had my Hyundai towed. My new car had broken down on H3 and it was the closest Hyundai dealership.
