Very seldom does a person get to deal with a professional who deserves more than 5 stars! Thankfully we were able to find such a person in the sad period after our good friend died in Honolulu, HI. We needed an estate and probate attorney to discuss and handle the distribution of the estate. We contacted Samuel Suen by email on a Sunday. He responded within a few hours and we set up a conference call for the following morning. Mr. Suen answered all our questions clearly in both a friendly and professional manner. At the end of an hour-long discussion, for which there was no charge, I asked how we would pay his very reasonable hourly rate. Much to our surprise, he said we shouldn't hire him because there was no need to probate this particular will. His honesty and forthrightness was amazing! We tried to figure out some reason to hire him but to no avail. Ultimately we wished him a very fond farewell. Based on our experience, if you need an estate or probate attorney, you can't do better than Samuel Seun.

Sam was amazing in all aspects of preparing our will, power of attorney, and advance directives. Super flexible during COVID, and incredibly tolerant when we missed our first appointment! Thank you Sam!

Professional, HONEST, attentive, and very easy to work with. From out of state needed estate help, Sam was great. Will say that he does non-litigation work only, but if the estate is organized he is your person. There are five children on my case and no problems. I am sure he could help you find the right person after review of he thought you needed someone else. I am going to use him again now for the same reason. You don't need headaches at times like this and none were had when Sam did the work for me before I will add one more thing he is reasonable with his cost.

I highly recommend Mr. Bordenave. If you want a highly competent, professional breath of fresh air to advocate for you as you progress forward, this is your man. I have tried for several years, with no success, to register a trade name for a product I want to introduce to the market. Mr. Bordenave's name came up in a conversation and I decided to give him a call. I received a call back that very same day. As a business owner for many years I have used attorney's in the past and I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable, considerate person who listened to what I wanted and my concerns. Our business was conducted over the phone which was very convenient for me. He answered my questions and also asked questions of me so that he could proceed forward efficiently. I had my trade name within 2 days and the filed paperwork in my hands within a couple weeks. He also had excellent follow-through, which I found terribly lacking in my prior dealings with attorneys . Imagine my happy surprise! What a time and energy saver for me his services turned out to be! I found Mr. Bordenave to be very professional, with a heart. Because of such a positive experience, I have retained Mr. Bordenave for a much more complex case. I know I will be treated with the same care, respect, and professionalism.
