I highly recommend Mr. Bordenave. If you want a highly competent, professional breath of fresh air to advocate for you as you progress forward, this is your man. I have tried for several years, with no success, to register a trade name for a product I want to introduce to the market. Mr. Bordenave's name came up in a conversation and I decided to give him a call. I received a call back that very same day. As a business owner for many years I have used attorney's in the past and I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable, considerate person who listened to what I wanted and my concerns. Our business was conducted over the phone which was very convenient for me. He answered my questions and also asked questions of me so that he could proceed forward efficiently. I had my trade name within 2 days and the filed paperwork in my hands within a couple weeks. He also had excellent follow-through, which I found terribly lacking in my prior dealings with attorneys .
