I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful I am to Alita. We gave her a case that it wasn’t easy and she completely excelled. Words just can't express how grateful I am to have hired Alita as my attorney. I had a custody trial coming up in a month and my prior attorney could no longer help me. It was around the holidays and I was scrambling to find a new attorney. No response by a few, some not taking in any new clients, and a couple just seemed to not really care and gave a negative vibe. As soon as I had a consultation with Alita I immediately knew I had to hire her, if I could go back in time I would've hired her from the start. She is very genuine, compassionate, and easy to talk to. My attorney, Alita de Asis, was very understanding and most helpful in educating me so that I could learn and become familiar with the lengthy process. Though a very complex case, she fought diligently and slowly but surely, it progressed to completion. Just wanted to share my experience with Alita De Asis as my attorney. From the very beginning from our consultation, she had made me feel comfortable and not so paranoid with everything. I had consulted with over 9 different firms and attorneys in the search for someone to represent me in what seemed to be a contentious battle. Time was running out and I was mainly on the hunt for someone who was empathetic, understanding and who would ultimately fight for my son and his well-being at all costs. I would definitely recommend Alita because she fought for my son. We met a couple hours before the hearing to review my concerns and lay out a plan for the day. We were able to settle before the hearing and Alita made sure that my requests and concerns were known. We settled for 50/50 joint custody! I am elated that we came to terms with what was best for my son and Alita was very comforting in this whole process. Highly recommend her!

I was a young mom who lost custody of my daughter. I contacted many lawyers in my area after my workers comp case had dragged on for 3 years with no end in sight due to the company spinning me in circles. Nobody but Alita agreed to take the case.
