One of the nicest guys you will ever met and extremely smart, balanced with a sense of justice and fairness. There is no one else I would recommend for any issues you may have on this island or elsewhere. Craig is fair and methodical and takes a no nonsense approach and will defend you in the best possible manner and get results. Remember, he was the former prosecutor and brings to the table that working knowledge of the office and relationships within the prosecutors office. Go see him is you have any issues. You won't be disappointed.

We live in the mainland and there were some unfortunate issues with our daughter who was in Kauai,HI.After her return back to the mainland we contacted Attorney De Costa because there we unfinished issues that had to be addressed.We retained him to help us resolve issues and he was very caring and did not take advantage of us in any way and his fee was very fair .Mr. De Costa was in contact with us very often and was able to resolve the issues even though we were many miles apart. We would Highly Recommend Mr.De Costa to anyone and we can't thank him enough!

I was skeptical at first. But he restored my faith in the justice system He delivered justice as promised and infact gave me some of retainer back which still amazes me.. I generallly hate lawyers however this lawyer gained my respect with his honor and integrity..
