Cain and Herren helped me with my criminal case and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend them!

David Cain has handled things for me in the past including a post divorce bankruptcy. Ben Herron handled my divorce. I was awarded full custody of my very young daughter and literally got everything else. Both these attorneys are incredibly good.

I had been trying to contact this firm for my probate case, and they weren't even capable of scheduling an appointment. First contact I made, someone told me that one of the attorneys would contact me. Three days later I get a phone call telling me that I need to call a number to schedule an appointment. Called that number, and the person that answered said she is not the one who schedules appointments but she was going to have someone call me. Three more days later, I am still waiting for someone to call me. I am now giving up on them, and very upset with this. Just wasted two weeks where I could have already started with a more diligent attorney.

The law firm of Cain and Herren represented me on many occasions over several years. When a potential client at issue with me came through their doors they decided to represent her. She is very wealthy, I am not! I now have a new attorney and we are currently in the middle of litigation.

We contacted them to write a simple demand letter for our business. They did not listen to me as a client, did not do as we asked, and charged us over $600 when we terminated the relationship. Not recommended.

My daughter was arrested for DUI and they got all charges dropped.
