Mr. Honda accepted our clear case of medical malpractice against a medical doctor who had sustained 23 court cases against him. Mr. Honda appeared to have a base of knowledge of medical malpractice, but it was clear as the case progressed that he had very, very limited knowledge. Mr. Honda clearly dropped the ball on our case and should not be allowed to accept medical malpractice cases. He is incompetent in this area.

Mr. Honda does not file lawsuits for clients He insists on Arbitration. The most you will attain here weather Brain or Spinal injury will be the bare minimum settlement minimum covered by no-fault despite life long Seaver’s injuries.

Long story short-my wife and I were involved in a decent collision a few years ago in Hawaii. Our rental was written off and I had received injuries as a result of this collision that I still deal with 3 years later. I contacted the other driver's insurance company looking for a settlement from my injuries. I didn't know what I was doing or what I was looking for and they knew it. The other parties insurance company kept passing me around to different agents who were "handling" my claim for about a year. Each agent I spoke to knew nothing about my claim and would "re-open" a new claim for me. I finally had enough and saw great reviews for Mr. Honda. I emailed Mr. Honda's firm after reading those reviews to see if they were able to assist me or if I qualified. Mr. Honda and his team handled everything for me and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I feel like I was treated like a family member rather than just another client who they were going to make money off of. Mr. Honda and his whole team were amazing to deal with and made this process easy and stress free. They were able to get me a settlement that exceeded my expectations. Thank you primarily to Mr. Honda and Ms. Jennifer Wilkinson (who were my main contacts) for going above and beyond, keeping me in the loop with how things were going, and for being open and honest when it came time for the actual settlement. I can't say thank you enough for all your work! I know Mr. Honda has to compete with some of the bigger law firms in Hawaii but I truly feel that his firm (being smaller) offers a more personal experience than a larger law firm could ever compete with.

Mr Honda was referred to me as a good lawyer. I have been represented by lawyers in the past 35 years since my husband was killed and I viewed Mr Honda as a good attorney but since the lawyer on the opposing side was aggressive and almost intimidating as I sat by Mr. Honda's side I did not have positive or negative feelings. When it became Mr. Honda's turn to ask questions of the opposite party, his demeanor changed. Initially he did not appear to be listening intensely yet he remembered every point and in a concise, skilled and competent manner he discredited every important factor in the case. He was creative and exuded a winning energy that really amazed and surprised me. He was great and very impressive and I would very highly recommend him to everyone.

I fell on a sidewalk 2 years ago and did not know what to do or what my rights were. Mr. Honda was my attorney. He made me feel comfortable and reassured me he would take care of everything and he did. While I was recovering, he went to the site where I was injured, took multiple photos of what caused my fall. He took pictures of the opposite side of the road and where the sidewalk was newly redone by the condominum owners. He researched and found evidence that there was disrepair on the sidewalk that caused my fall and proved who was responsible. I was able to get my medical bills paid and I received compensation for loss of work and injury. During arbitration, he was able to talk with the attorneys with such confidence and calm that I was surprised at the ease he handled my case. I believe that without him, I'm not sure how the outcome could have turned out. He is really competent at what he does. The extra work he put in for research and photos make me feel he is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney and you will not regret your choice.

I have only the highest regard for my attorney who has helped me in my auto accidents. He has been there for me whenever I needed advice on what to do. Without him, I would not have been able to proceed any further. Always caring and soft spoken. The best there is!!

I was at a stop light when I was hit from behind by someone who was not paying attention. In addition to the damages to my car I was injured. The insurance company overwhelmed me with paperwork.
