I have been concerned about my credit ever since I was 16 years old and got my first credit card. A bankruptcy is something I never thought I would have to do, unfortunately I got to the point where I felt that was my only option and Hyrum made the whole process very easy and made me feel like it was okay to be in the spot I was. He assured me I could come back from it and build my credit back and everything would be okay. I never wanted to file but since I had to I’m glad I had Hyrum to ease the process.

I consulted with 2 bankruptcy attorneys, and chose Hyrum because he was far more communicative than the other. He was willing to answer questions I had via email before I had paid him a dime; whereas the other attorney largely ignored my post-consultation emails. Hyrum and his assistants Jaliane and Amanda were always kind and patient with me. I made a mistake by forgetting about an open account just days before my filing date. I was worried they would get upset or annoyed by this because it delayed my filing date. But they were completely understanding and said these things happen, and put my worries to rest. On the day of my bankruptcy hearing, I came into the office about an hour early. Amanda put the hearing on speaker for me so I could listen in, and get comfortable with the types of questions that were being asked. When Hyrum learned I was there, he invited me into his office and we sat and listened to the 341 meetings together. When it came to my turn and the trustee said my name, I felt comfortable knowing Hyrum was on the other side of the desk willing to help me out if I got in over my head. The bankruptcy hearing went smooth, and was over in 10 minutes. I felt fortunate to have chosen Hyrum as my bankruptcy attorney.
