Within a few months my world was turned upside down with an unexpected move, a death in the family and a job loss. I am a heart patient and all the stress of having to meet my obligations raised my blood pressure causing me to have several Cardio Issues. I was at risk of having property including my vehicle repossessed. Having been brought up to be responsible and always pay my debts, I was hesitant to file Chapter 7 or 13.
