In a situation that is intimidating and scary, Hyrum and his crew in the office made the process easy. Everything was laid out and easy to understand. The whole process - start to finish - was about 7 months, and Hyrum's office kept me in the loop and informed on what was needed from me. I would recommend Hyrum to anyone who finds themselves in this financial situation.

With such a horrible situation that brought us to need a lawyer for a bankruptcy we chose the very best with Hyrum and Peterson Zeyer Law. I WOULDN'T recommend this law firm!! They are out to make money and not help. Also make sure to get a second opinion.
I should of waited a few more months before filing to avoid any problems on a piece of property I sold. Since I didn't wait the trustee ended up receiving an additional $50,000 from the buyer of the property. They also ended up hiring their own attorney and having to pay additional fees for that. (This attorney was also recommended by this law firm). This issue shouldn't of EVER happened if Peterson Zeyer Law had done their job properly!

While the legal expertise of Hyrum Zayer was evident, I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from his team. Despite this setback, Hyrum demonstrated strong knowledge of bankruptcy law and provided valuable guidance throughout the process. However, improved communication would have greatly enhanced the overall experience.

Bankruptcy is suppose to be a very hard decision and also a very complicated prosses, but thanks to Hyrum Zeyer and his amazing team it was almost 100% stress free for me. I can not recommend these guys enough!!
