I worked for County government and was injured. I had two claims denied by the State insurance Fund (Workman Comp). I went to Jason Thompson.
This was a complicated case. Jason dug in and was able to get my medical cases resolved with a sizable settlement.
I highly recommend you retain someone at this firm for your work related injuries. The sooner you get them in board, the better represented you are.

I was referred to Jason Thompson by an FOP attorney. He was easy to work with, kept me informed, and was very knowledgeable and experienced with the process. It seemed like he had good working relationships with the work comp side that enabled a smooth process and no drama. He secured benefits on my behalf I did not even know existed. Without his representation I’d have had nothing and this would not have had a desirable conclusion. Highly recommend him.
