I called Craig Swapp a pretty serious shoulder dislocation from an accident that was not my fault. Laura, Dylan and Ben (my team) assured me from the very beginning that they would be able to help me recover my medical expenses and losses do the injury. I knew they cared from the beginning and I had no problem trusting them I just knew that they were going to do everything they could to help me and I am very grateful for their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed on the case progresses and advised me well, with honest assessments on options that made all the difference at the end of the day. I am happily say that Ben and Laura delivered more than I ever expected! I thank God for bringing this team together and for taking care of all the fine details!

This was my first auto incident. At no fault of my own, I was t bone that resulted in my car being totaled and having to go to the ER. I had no idea the extent of physical and emotional disruption a car accident could cause until I unfortunately had to deal with it. The following day after my accident I was bombarded with calls from adjusters, so I began calling around for legal help. After talking to Lisa, she understood everything I was experiencing and reassured me they would take my case. Ben was so communicative and patient helping me understand the process and breaking out numbers for me. They handled my medical bills and felt so relieved once everything was said and done.
