I do not refer anyone to this firm.I’ve had the worst experience with this law firm. The attorney that was handling my case got up an quit. So I’m stuck with them trying to figure out my case. An i did sign a release form from the other insurance three months ago. I’m so frustrated an disappointed.

I called you to ask about your terms and was rejected for service simply because my medical bills weren’t expensive enough to make it worth your time. Though your assistant did try to feed me some bs about seeing a chiropractor being required because the visit with the ER and my primary care doctor and a concussion clinic didn’t count. Now today I find you used my email to sign me up for advertisement from your firm? The audacity.

If I could give a billion stars, I would. I hired Christi Schoefield. She is companionate, professional, organized, and most importantly competent. She answered the phone immediately when I called. She was upfront and honest about pricing and outcome possibilities. While filing something that should have been simple, the clerk in Ada County made so many errors it was laughable. Christi was able to navigate and correct all errors in an efficient manner. She had the unfortunate experience of having to attend a hearing for my case. My case was probably not the most profitable for her due to the hearing and clerical errors, but she remained professional and always responded promptly. I think she responded to my emails the same day, and always took my calls. In the end, I got the outcome I was looking for, but even if I didn't I would refer her to anyone I know.

My team treated me with respect and handled my process with care. At a time that was very frustrating and I was being ignored by the insurance companies, they worked diligently to recover a settlement. I didn't realize that it would take over a year to settle the case though, and I felt that I was having to follow up first in order to get an update. It would have been comforting to have my team check in more often to see how I was doing and provide routine updates, even if there was no immediate movement in the process. I am thankful for the work that was done and thank you very much for winning my case!

I called for a consultation and was told that I would receive a call from an attorney promptly. After waiting a week, I called to find out if I could talk to an attorney soon. I was told that I would receive a call later that day. When I did get a call back it was only to find out that they did not have the time to add another case to their current schedule. Thanks for the wait.
