Thomas helped me with a relatively complicated tax situation and I am completely satisfied. He responsive, knowledgeable, professional and proficient. There are not many lawyers in the valley that know tax issues as well as Thomas. If you’ve got tax problems, you will want him in your corner.

Denise is inarticulate in court. She is scatterbrained and and lacks attention to detail. It took 2 visits with her to get the facts straight, then still got information wrong causing increased cost. She left out key points in court. She admitted to making a HUGE technical error in my case. Due to her error she said she would write off my bill. Later she not only charged me for the full amount, she threatened to sue me for it. She is not an honorable person. I will forever regret hiring Denise Penton as my attorney.
