I am sure my situation isn't unique to only me, but it's not the type of situation people typically have to deal with. Because of my situation I have to deal with both the criminal side of things, and now the civil side of things; this process has been long and I have talked with many attorneys about various matters that have come up over my case. Ana was the first attorney to talk to me like I am a real person. Many of the attorneys I talked to either treated me like a victim and that's all I will ever be, or talked to me like I am stupid, it was all mixed bag of reactions. Working with Ana was so refreshing, she didn't make me feel small, she listened to my situation, answered ALL my questions (even if they weren't part of what she was helping me with,) gave me awesome useful advice, and I left her office feeling stronger and confident. In one meting she seemed to handle more than multiple meetings and months of work that I had dealt with while working with other attorneys. At this point all we had is a consultation, and I am so impressed that I will for sure being using her as my cases progress.
