My case involved an aggravated assault, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and a Dui in 2017, the aggravated was an easy beat and the prosecutor offered to drop at first appearance. The prosecutor Abby something had some kind of personal beef with Mr bublitz and it effected my case greatly. I ended up getting 3 years supervised probation for a first offense Dui no priors Gerald was nice but in all honesty a public defender could have got the same if not better. Gerald asked me to sign a rule 11, when my p.o. tried to release me early i was told I had to stay supervised due to this rule 11 that my own lawyer advised me to sign. Overall pretty disappointed what $10000 got me. I'm finally free but it's only because the suffering I endeared and completed.

If you are looking for the best representation in the court but also want a lawyer who treats you as a friend, answering calls and questions at anytime and any day of the week, then this is your attorney. Ive hired another great lawyer in the past who got me the results I wanted and needed, but was no where near as respectable, friendly, and helpful every step of the way as Mr. Bublitz. True blessing to be treated this well while having the best representing you in the courtroom. And to make it even better, his wife is a practicing lawyer as well, adding to the already best representation you can get.

True professional. Believe me when I tell you this, you need him if you want the result. The moment he took my case, I worried no more. It wasn't because he sugarcoated his words.( he never once did). More you talk to him, you will understand how talented he is at his game and he doesn't accept loosing.
