As a Real Estate Company and Property Manager we have had Angstman Johnson help us out with contract disputes, evictions, commercial lease reviews, etc...and they have been great with every thing we have thrown their way. I have sent several clients their way and have had nothing but positive responses from all. Nobody wants to go to an attorney unless it is absolutely necessary and they know that and make you feel very comfortable by listening and walking you through the entire process. If you need a real estate or contract attorney for any reason I would call these guys first.

Well, I didn't choose this firm, a family member did in order to wrap up another family member's estate. I'm sure the amount of $ involved in the estate was very small in comparison to what they normally handle. I had to make multiple phone calls and sent emails as unfortunately my family member was also not apparently in a hurry to resolve this matter. They were very disengaged, the receptionist sounded as if she'd rather be anywhere but answering the phone. I finally got an appointment to wrap this estate issue up and they failed to share they had moved offices from State St to Capitol Blvd and I almost missed my appointment. Which I supposed wouldn't have mattered because they were 20 + minutes late. I would not recommend this firm. it took 15 months to wrap up a small estate. Very clear that size matters here.

Anthony was super helpful in getting me what I needed from a large title insurance company to handle a land dispute. He was diligent and informative in dealings with the title insurance company and the opposing attorneys. The opposing party was very difficult to deal with, and Anthony took it in stride while pushing to get things done. I feel he did an excellent, earnest job and would definitely use him again.

Anthony Shallat advised me on asset protection & structuring business entities to mitigate the chances of our business and my personal assets becoming exposed to litigation. Very important work.. He delivered and I would recommend him to others.

Initially thought they would be fantastic but after the first phone call my attorney and her assistant were “unavailable” I left multiple messages over several weeks and never received a call back. I would not recommend this law office if you need something done. However, if you just need a consultation they may provide you the information you need.

After speaking with a couple other attorneys, and being dissatisfied, I was fortunate to find Angstman Johnson. I met with Chad Moody and Aubrey Richardson, who were both very knowledgeable and completely professional. If you need an attorney in their areas of expertise, I know of none better in Southwest Idaho!

I came to Angstman Johnson with a dispute about fire insurance proceeds with quite a back story involving multiple foreclosures and other complications. Aubrey and TJ were fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable and I was able to bring them up to speed quickly. They handled the process in an efficient manner and continuously kept me appraised of both the best and most cost effective approach. Aubrey's case law research saved the day when she found a number of cases similar enough to be able to take a very strong position in our negotiations. It didn't take long for the other party to see the writing on the wall and we got a very favorable settlement considering all the circumstances.
