Regan is incredibly professional and easy to work with. I enjoyed her on a child support issue I needed help with. She was fantastic and supportive throughout. We were able to settle the case without going to court.

Regan was very knowledgeable and supportive during my life changing event. She explained the divorce process in terms I could understand, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. She was always right to the point and concerned about my time and billing. There was never a surprise at what I was being charged. She was good at telling me what I needed to get done and used her experience to say what she expected from opposing counsel. She took the time to get to know my personal situation. Fortunately, I did not have to go to trial, but I felt very confident if she would have represented me in court. She’s very compassionate and understands this is a very rough event in a person’s life. I highly recommend her.

After many years with no parenting plan in place, I decided to pursue primary custody of my daughter - a considerable change from the 50/50 custody agreement we had been working with. For my immediate and extended family as well as that of my daughter's mother, pursuing a legal case was difficult and emotional, but had become necessary for safety reasons. The case only last five months and was surprisingly easier than I anticipated it would be. That was mainly because Regan was very thorough in her work, quick to update me on changes and filings that pertained to the case, and an expert in guiding me on my options. If I ever find myself needing representation again, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Regan. I needed a family law attorney for a custody and child support case. I had searched MANY profiles on Avvo and Regan's stood out to me with how many things she's done and continues to do for the community. I got a sense that she really cares about her clients and I was absolutely correct. From the consultation to the end she was just as invested in the case as if it were her children. During the consultation she listened very closely, took notes. In the beginning of the case after only talking with me a few times she remembered details that I thought for sure I would have to remind her of. Not with Regan. My case was a unique one and even with all my uniqueness she handled everything very professionally and knew what to do in order for things to go in our favor. She stayed in constant communication with me, replied very quickly to my emails and was ALWAYS able to speak over the phone if needed to go over things in more detail or answer any questions I may have.
