I contacted Guidant to learn about how ROBS could help me finance the purchase of FedEx routes. Michael Stein assisted me and gave me a ton of great information, including outstanding follow up on specific questions pertaining to my situation. I highly recommend this service!

I requested a Valuation service from Guidant. Jaimie Ocariza completed the Valuation and walked me through the information. She was very patient as I took notes and asked additional details to enhance my knowledge and understanding of the Valuation. Thank you Jaimie, you rock!!

I am embarking on purchasing a franchise..... a very intimidating step considering all the things I need to consider, understand and learn. Doing so required some financing and I had heard there were opportunities to take advantage of my 401K without incurring any interest or charges via a ROBS, but had no idea what a ROBS is or how to go about it. Thankfully I was referred to Guidant and when I called, while I imagine all of their representatives are good, thankfully Tyler Roberts answered the phone. Tyler was patient, respectful, considerate, informative and transparent. In parallel I did some research and I did encounter an organization that offers a ROBS program less expensive than what Guidant charges. And I seriously considered saving some money by going that route. However, after a bit of contemplation I completed the process signing up with Guidant and I am very happy I did. With Guidant, I know I am with experts like Tyler that I can not only put my hands on whenever needed, but that care enough to take the time necessary to provide the type of customer service required to make these decisions - important enough to impact the rest of my life. I later found out Guidant is a full service shop, able to offer competitive financial services which will be greatly needed as I build this business - further confirmation I made the right choice. Short changing is not worthy of the path I am headed down, and I feel reassured knowing that Guidant, Tyler and I imagine all of their representatives are in my corner, helping to smooth out any bumps that may appear in this path.

We came about Guidant Financial while doing research with best companies for small Businesses to work with regarding financing, planning and much more. We are beyond impressed with the quality of the service we have been receiving. We worked up close with Michael Stein, Alexa Nordstrom and Tina Harris. They have been outstanding when it comes to communication, assisting us with any questions/concerns we had and very patient through it all. We definitely recommend Guidant Financial because of the high caliber employees they have and will definitely do so for a very long time.

Guidant financial is the BEST ROBS transactions firm out there. I have completed two ROBS transactions with them and will do it again. The management and 401K administration team is well trained to provide smooth transaction. I had an opportunity to work with Paul Cook and Starrsha Harrell. They both went out of their way to help me to achieve my goals. Kudos to both.

This company is pathetic. Their retirement plan administrators are completely incompetent. Avoid at ALL costs!

Michael Stein and Tara Joiner are very responsive and great to work with. This process is overwhelming at times (not for the faint of heart), however they are very good at taking time to re-explain steps again. They always return phone calls and or e-mails. Great customer service! A suggestion would be to develop a personalized “flow chart” (like a corporate management chart) showing how all the moving pieces relate to each other. Corporate account relates to 401k account relates to LLC account relates to Fidelity account relates to Seattle account etc. We are still working on ours, it helps, especially making sure you don’t move funds someplace they should not be moved. Outside attorney is also a huge benefit. I was surprised at how helpful he was, not just a rubber stamp!
