I couldn't possibly thank Jake enough, along with Caroline and Andrew, for helping me overcome the hardest thing I've ever been forced to encounter. Their professionalism and overall display of extreme kindness, sympathy, and understanding, coupled with tenacity, responsiveness, and true grit provided me with the proverbial life preserver I needed to survive the storm of divorce. They supplied me with the tools I needed to create the space for the healing process to begin. Jake was very persistent in holding the opposing counsel accountable for deadlines, requests, and responses. Most importantly, he always understood the emotional turmoil associated with the process and I took great comfort in his ability to relate and maintain the human aspect in a process that can quickly become very turbid and overwhelming. We hired Hardee, Pinol & Kracke PLLC to assist my wife and I with an adoption with our two girls. The case what a little complicated but we were partnered up with Richard Piñol to help us navigate through those legal waters. Every step of the way their office kept us updated of the progress we were making. They were very helpful in preparation before court appearances and in the end we reached the conclusion we were hoping for. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had working with Rich and such a great office. We would recommend their office to anyone needing legal help in family matters.

Rich is hands down one of the best out there. I have had the privileged of hiring him for 2 complicated and extensive custody battles. We had an amazing and positive outcome with both cases. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help me make sure everything went accordingly in the best interest for my children. David Kracke was phenomenal and helped manage our family law case so we didn't have to put any more time and stress into an already difficult situation. He was transparent about potential outcomes, emotionally supportive and understanding. Also aggressive and knowledgeable in the law which was helpful in our case. Greg was my attorney for a filiation and child support case I had. I, like everyone else who goes through any Court process, went into it very nervous and uncertain. Greg did an outstanding job at reassuring me and calming those nerves. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, continually listened to my needs and concerns, kept me on track and we ended up with a great outcome. Hardee was the worst attorney! He did nothing for my case, but waste my time & take money. He had no good ideas, would ramble on about nothing, forget important facts & was completely useless. He was terrible!!! I am organized & would set up meetings & I could not get anywhere with this guy. I was disgusted at his lack on knowledge & the results of my case. I lost a lot of money. Seriously find someone, anyone else.

Rich is the best attorney i have ever worked with, and I have worked with him on several matters now he is not like your normal attorney he doesn't treat you just like another client, he genuinely cares about his clients I look at Rich not only as my attorney but as a friend he is extremely professional very well versed in family law and always shows up prepared and ready for court we hired him a second time to do a termination/adoption after having a bad experience previously with another attorney I was very distraught but Rich always shows up and Saves the Day!!! He communicated with me through the entire process sending me emails on a weekly basis explaining all of the steps and process of what was happening he always kept me in the loop and up to date. The Day of court he showed up early and was prepared with all of the correct documents and everything went smoothly and it was the best day of Our Lives! I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who is looking for a family law attorney he is professional intelligent hardworking and extremely personable I will never be able to thank him enough for all of his hard work and Devotion to our case. Dan Hardee screwed me on my divorce decree, that I am still fighting over six years later. What was worse was that he blew through my retainer and charged me for another couple thousand dollars before telling me he blew through my retainer. This law office is everything wrong with attorneys.

What a joke. This guy Greg wants to charge 325/hr and can’t be on time to a consultation.
