Ryan did an incredible job with my case. Unfortunately, my divorce made it all the way to trial, and Ryan was wonderfully prepared, did a great job of preparing me and was excellent in his questioning and cross examination. We got excellent results from trial and I am so grateful that I had such an amazing attorney on my team. His dedication to details and significant facts for my case lead to great outcomes from each and every hearing, all the way to trial. The whole firm at his office were great to communicate with and very professional at every turn. They certainly helped to make a very overwhelming life experience much easier to manage.

My ex husband filed an ex parte order against me for emergency custody. I didn’t find out until I was at our meeting spot waiting for 30 minutes until I received the worst text of my life “we will not be meeting today, you can contact my attorney”. I was forced to rush and find someone as soon as possible due to not being allowed to have any contact with my daughter whose father lives 6 hours away from me. I drove 3.5 to meet him and receive that text. I called Ryan that Monday and he took my case. I had my daughter back within a week. He was able to settle my case and get a signed judgment within 4 months. He was very open with my suggestions and did everything possible to keep my bill low due to my financial situation. He was easy to contact and always replied within 24 hours. I hope I never have to use him again but if I ever need to, he will be my first call. I recommend him to ANYONE that needs help with divorce or child custody. He and his team are amazing to work with.

Jake helped my son get his kids back. My daughter in law passed in April of 2022 and her dad and step mom filed for temporary gaurdianship. It was a horrible time for us Jake was there every step of the way, always available to answer questions and help us with concerns. They were gone for 45 days but we had our day in court and we got them back. Jake is a great attorney and we highly recommend him. Thank you Jake.

Rich and his team were excellent to work with. Rich is very knowledgeable about family law and did everything he could to advocate for me and my children to get the outcome we were happy with. Even though it was a small custody modification suit we were fighting, Rich took it seriously and I felt he genuinely cared about my case and did a great job representing us. His team was all very well organized and thorough, kept track of deadlines and didn’t let anything slip through the cracks. Richard Pinol and his team did an amazing job! They went above and beyond for me. I live out of state and I had a challenging case from the start. Richard Pinol and his team (Devory and Asha) assured me that everything was going to be okay. They got the job done in a very timely manner and we were able to settle before going to trial which saved me thousands of dollars. That is something I thought would never happen because the mom was fighting for full custody and was completely unwilling to work with me. She was fighting me every step of the way but Richard was confident, calm, smart and could also be a little aggressive in the court room IF he needed to be to get his point across. Amazing! Honestly I came into this divorce and custody situation with a bad hand. I thought I was going to lose it all multiple times, starting out with so little and so much against me, but in the end he fought for my case, so well. Great points, couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Worth every penny.
