HUGE HUGE RAVE to Raine Lucas! She was so very patient and kind. Between advice and helping me get an attorney was such an easy process! She is super responsive. I’ve never have gone through anything like this and I’m so very happy she is the one to have picked up the phone. She answers every question or concern with a happy attitude. She maDe signing documents easy, she even pulled and emailed my accident statement to me. She explains the entire process and timeline which is so calming but you’re not left in the dark. So amazing both my attorney Dan and his assistant Krissy is so amazing to work with! Super kind and always answers my questions. Very helpful and as much as I have had to deal with my accident definitely makes it easier with Dan and Krissy!

I was in a serious motorcycle accident, and although I had full coverage insurance, the at fault party had a $25,000 liability policy only. Litster-Frost took my case, negotiated with insurance companies, hospitals, doctor offices, and collection companies to settle all transactions in a manner that would eventually allow my husband and I to settle without owing anything, and without having my credit ruined from all the unpaid medical bills that had piled up.
