Attorneys Dan Jenkins and Hilda Reyes go beyond the norm, when it comes to "Personal". All the staff were very courteous and helpful during our trauma. My wife and I were in a head-on collision in 2021. Friends encouraged us to speak with an attorney. Our first meeting with Dan and Hilda I made it clear I was not here to sue but to make sure everyone who has been and will be involved in our treatment would be paid for services and neither my wife or my family would be held liable for what was not taken care of through insurance. They immediately accepted my request and from the beginning Dan and Hilda fought to fulfill my request. A special note to Dan and Hilda. who throughout our circumstance, they continually went out of their way to check in on us and our progress of restoration. My wife endured several surgeries in her recovery. Dan and Hilda stayed in contact with her continually. We both we're very pleased and blessed to have people like this looking out for our family. I have been waiting on them for a year and a half. They sent out my medical record without permission, Contacted another attorney and discussed MY CASE with them and never communicated with me whatsoever. For a year and a half I have been calling and emailing trying to ask questions and get them going on my case. I have a new attorney looking into my case and it is a total mess thanks to this unorganized law firm. Do not let them handle your case! It is a mistake!

I would recommend Lister Frost to all my family and friends .if they were ever in need of the best in the business to deal with the insurance companies when an unfortunate accident may cause an injury. My situation was complicated. Without getting into the details, I was in no way equipped to deal with the insurance companies on my own. I had thousands of dollars in medical bills. In the end, all the medical bills were paid and I was compensated for my pain and suffering. I was especially impressed with Mike Slette. He always responded to my phone calls.
