I started with a different agency and had a horrible experience. I heard a advertisement for Litster Frost and, although they were 150 miles away, I decided to give them a shot. I wish I had started with their agency!!! Barry and Alesha were amazing and extremely helpful. They would call on a regular basis to check on me and keep me informed. They are professional, efficient, caring, and very organized. I am happy with my experience with them and highly recommend them for auto accidents.

I started off not liking this company because i felt like they didn't want to help me because they wouldn't make much off of me. They never called or kept me informed. Then i was told i had a new lawyer and case manager and they changed my view. Paul and Savannah have been on the top of their game making sure they get my case going and keeping me in the loop. They are kind and helpful and honest with me about how this process is going. Because of Paul and Savannah i didn't change firms and i got taken care of as every client should be. Thank you Paul and Savannah you guys are truly awesome!

This was the first time I had to deal with an injury lawyer, and it went amazing my lawyer Jefferey always looked out for my best interest and communicated very well. I also dealt with his assistant Tina who always had answers to my questions and was super nice and was always there for when I had any questions.

My experience with this firm was amazing from start to finish! They took my case a year and a half after my accident when it became clear I was going to end up strapped with tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills. They handled everything. I no longer had to worry about which insurance was paying for what or how it would all be sorted out in the end. They answered every question with genuine commitment to ME. They were prompt to return calls but I rarely ever got voice mail...I nearly always got a live person. Warren was an amazing attorney and he made time for me whenever I needed information directly from my attorney. Great staff...great firm...recommend them 300%. I hope I never need a personal injury firm again in my life, but if I do, I know where I will go!!!!!
