Originally I had hired Dan Hardee to be my attorney but Rich Pinol handled the case for me mainly and by the end I had high confidence in Rich to handle the case all the way through. He was professional and helped me understand the process as it proceeded and was usually available via email and phone when needed for things that were urgent. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good custody attorney! His staff was also amazing and they each handled the case with care and in a timely manner. A special thanks to this whole team of attorneys, paralegal's, and staff for everything you did!

We hired Hardee, Pinol & Kracke PLLC to assist my wife and I with an adoption with our two girls. The case what a little complicated but we were partnered up with Richard Piñol to help us navigate through those legal waters. Every step of the way their office kept us updated of the progress we were making. They were very helpful in preparation before court appearances and in the end we reached the conclusion we were hoping for. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had working with Rich and such a great office. We would recommend their office to anyone needing legal help in family matters.

Greg was extremely helpful throughout the whole divorce process. He was able to calm me down easily when I was worrying at various different points in the case, and he also knew his stuff and made the whole thing feel as easy as possible. He got me a fair settlement after a custody battle that I and my children are happy with. I'm very happy with my representation and really appreciate Greg and his whole office!

Rich is hands down one of the best out there. I have had the privileged of hiring him for 2 complicated and extensive custody battles. We had an amazing and positive outcome with both cases. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help me make sure everything went accordingly in the best interest for my children. Those are very stressful and challenging times in an individuals life and its important that you have a lawyer that cares and goes above and beyond for you. That would be Rich! David Kracke was phenomenal and helped manage our family law case so we didn't have to put any more time and stress into an already difficult situation. Hardee was the worst attorney! He did nothing for my case, but waste my time & take money. He had no good ideas, would ramble on about nothing, forget important facts & was completely useless. He was terrible!!! I am organized & would set up meetings & I could not get anywhere with this guy. I was disgusted at his lack on knowledge & the results of my case. I lost a lot of money. Seriously find someone, anyone else.
