We were well informed from the beginning about the IRS requirements needed to successfully navigate the complex process to funding the growth of our business. Tanzy Ward was our ROBS Onboarding Specialist and she was outstanding in her customer service toward us. She responded quickly to our questions with grace and knowledge. If she didn't know an answer, she researched it and responded in a timely manner. She was readily available via a phone call or email as appropriate. Guidant offers in house packages, we'd recommend that if you're interested to research the options to determine if they work for your company. I used Guidant Financial for their ROBS program to purchase an existing franchise. I feel lucky to have been connected with Hope Asbach as my onboarding specialist. She was a PRO. I was not educated on the program or process, but she did a fantastic job "holding my hand" through the process. Things went very smoothly and she managed expectations so all parties were comfortable. Highly recommend!
