Fantastic, Practical, Human/Honest advice. I am confident I've exercised the most reasonable & successful options available, I now know what to look out for in the future, and I also know who I will choose to represent me - as an employee, my company/as an employer, and who I will confidently refer friends to should they need fantastic professional & practical employer/employee-law guidance.
