Sean was very responsive initially but after the first few weeks, he began to be slow to respond to emails and calls -- sometimes never responding at all to the concerns of the case. On the positive side, he speaks well and confidently and appears to have good grasp of the law. If Sean had been more responsive and spent more time working on my case himself, I may have had a different experience. Instead, Sean relied on a very poor team. Sean's team of recommended consultants were awful. The consultants were unprofessional, they missed meetings, lost emails, and showed general confusion around basic subject matter principles. One example of the unprofessional behavior occurred when the defendant and plaintiff (divorce case) were both lectured by a consultant about how much God hates divorce, as well as other inappropriate comments concerning his own personal religious beliefs.

I am an attorney in Texas and was referred to Mr. Breen by a law school classmate because I had a client who required local counsel in Idaho. I was extremely satisfied with my dealings with Mr. Breen and was impressed with his knowledge of local practice in Boise, his responsiveness to my client's needs and the skill with which he successfully prosecuted my client's case.

I dropped a previous attorney and hired Sean Breen to handle my custody battle. Needless to say, I made the best investment of my life. Sean is intelligent, enthusiastic, and puts you at ease through a stressful time. He is like a bulldog. Meaning, he will fight for you in an intense , but strategic way. He saves you money by letting junior attorneys within the law firm handle the paperwork side of things. I have met Sean Breen several years ago for a brief consultation in highly contentious and protracted custody battle. Sean quickly grasped complexity of the case and mapped several paths and scenarios to resolve the situation. Sean was the fourth attorney on the same case I am fighting for several years. I feel that I did not only hire an exceptional and competent attorney to fight for my child by also gained a much needed loyal friend to the process. Often I feel bad about eating into his personal time and his exceptional generosity, but Sean keeps on assuring me that it is okay and that is what he and his family do. Sean would steer you away where necessary from trivial issues based on your emotions but would fight hard for what matters and important long term in the lives of your children and yourself. Sean would be on the look out to save your money and help you to avoid expensive legal solutions where it is possible at all. Sean delegates to his assistants and junior attorneys to save clients’ money and time. Despite my high reservations for the profession that I have observed from both sides of battle lines I would trust Sean Been with my life. Sean Breen does not just go an extra mile for a client, he goes ten miles fast and enthusiastically. I feel that he truly believes that by doing what he does best he is changing the world for the better and restores justice where it had failed some people. He is a great attorney and an exceptional person. And last but not least, all staff at the firm from front desk lovely girls to Sean’s highly effective, kind and thoughtful assistant Carol and other attorneys are not only professionally competent, they are also very responsive, warm and attentive. They remember and treat you as a familiar person not just a mere line of revenue. I do highly recommend Sean Breen. Anyone who retains the services of Sean Breen’s firm would be so pleasantly surprised. They are all exceptional professionals and amazing people and Sean Breen is the best among them. I have never before found any reason to write a review on an attorney. This is my first one and a well deserved one. My honest words are the very least I can to do reciprocate at least in part all I have received so far from Sean Breen and his staff.

Sean is a phenomenal lawyer with an unmatched zeal for aligning client needs and outcomes with minimal effort on behalf of the client. I greatly appreciate the peace of mind knowing that my legal matters will be handled appropriately. I'm surprised that the Discovery Channel hasn't profiled him for Shark Week.
