Sam is the man!! Everyone there is very friendly kind, gives you how it is straight up with no punches. Which really you don’t need anyone to sugar coat, or give empty promises.. but he goes above and beyond to help you understand the process, the next steps and what is going to happen. I recommend them to everyone going through this unfortunate event.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of facing my first DUI charge and sought legal advice from the DUI Attorney Team due to having no prior criminal history and being new to the court process. They provided crucial guidance on the necessary steps, including meeting with a DUI evaluator, attending VIP/ADIS classes, and engaging in community service. I appreciated their straightforward approach. No sugar coating. Crime is a crime. However, for first-time offenders without a criminal history, I'd suggest considering a public defender. After conversations with others who faced similar situations, I've learned they received comparable punishments through a public defender, saving them considerable expenses. The team is knowledgeable and professional, but for a first DUI, exploring all options, including a public defender, might be wise. Lastly, no matter the circumstance, the consequences are serious. Don't drink and drive again! Big thanks to Sam, Ijana, and Nicole for representing my case!

RECOMMEND. Originally from Texas and was only in Idaho for work. Ended up getting a DUI and it was a sticky situation. Sam knew exactly how to get me out of it and everything turned out perfect. If you have any doubt it’s definitely worth paying for a good attorney

Being arrested for a DUI is a very scary, and messy situation to be in, it’s even scarier if you don’t have the proper help and support to be able to get back on track with life, not to mention it can and almost always is so expensive. Working with Sam I was able to complete everything I needed (or what would help me) way before my actual hearing date, this allowed me to me have the most minimum charges to face. This would have not been possible without the help of Sam and his paralegals. Sam is a great attorney who will work closely with you. For as common DUI’s can be, it is not a easy situation to get out of, it is also really hard on your mental health and social life, therefore you really need all the support and help you can get, and Sam and his team is there to help!

Sam Bishop was outstanding to work with. I was very stressed and nervous navigating how I was going to deal with my abnormal DUI, along with another misdemeanor charge.
