On September 8, 2014 I was T-boned by a semi-truck. The driver was distracted by his iPod and was 100% at fault. Gary took my case after we found out that the driver was involved in other litigation with the local firm I had originally chosen. Gary has recently settled my case and was able to not only get my medical bills paid, he was able to get a small settlement for my grandchild who was not able to play with his grandmother because of the injuries sustained in the accident. In addition he was able to get a settlement for my missed time from work and injuries as well. Once the case was settled it wasn't long until the funds were in my bank account. The day after the funds came in Gary immediately took them to my bank and deposited them for me to ensure there would be no further delays in providing for my grandson. With this settlement we were able to ensure a better future for my grandson and he now has a house with a big yard to play in and we no longer have any rent to pay. Thank you Gary.

Last year 5/30/14 my family and I went out to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday and our way back home we got t-boned by another driver. The driver didn't yield when turning and hit my car that was considered a total loss. I was 26 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident and had to be taken to the emergency room by ambulance because my belly was tightened so hard by the seat belt that I started to have very sharp pains which turned out to be contractions. As soon as I was released from the hospital my mom and I immediately started shopping for an attorney that could help us. Montgomery Law Offices was the third law firm we visited with and right of the bat Bob and Gary reassured us that they were going to do anything and everything possible to help us (no other firm did that for us). Bob took our case and went above and beyond. Through out the remaining of my pregnancy I was put on medication and bedrest to stop the risk of preterm labor that was caused by the accident. Bob would call me constantly to check up on my mom and me and keep us up to date on the case which recently got settled. We will forever be thankful for everything they did to make the whole process as easy as possible. At the end the insurance company was being difficult and didn't want to cooperate with us so what did Bob and Gary do? They reduced their fees and even had our medical bills reduced so that we would get compensation back from the insurance company. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for representation from a law firm. They truly care about their clients and that is a quality that is very hard to find in law firms in my opinion.
