On September 8, 2014 I was T-boned by a semi-truck. The driver was distracted by his iPod and was 100% at fault. Gary took my case after we found out that the driver was involved in other litigation with the local firm I had originally chosen. Gary has recently settled my case and was able to not only get my medical bills paid, he was able to get a small settlement for my grandchild who was not able to play with his grandmother because of the injuries sustained in the accident. In addition he was able to get a settlement for my missed time from work and injuries as well. Once the case was settled it wasn't long until the funds were in my bank account. The day after the funds came in Gary immediately took them to my bank and deposited them for me to ensure there would be no further delays in providing for my grandson. With this settlement we were able to ensure a better future for my grandson and he now has a house with a big yard to play in and we no longer have any rent to pay. Thank you Gary.
